Shipping, returns & privacy
Every print is made for you after you order it. Here is how it reaches you, what happens if something goes wrong, and what this site does and doesn’t keep.
Shipping
Prints are made to order by our fine-art print lab and shipped from the facility closest to you. Production usually takes 2–4 business days. Unframed prints travel flat in rigid packaging; framed prints arrive ready to hang.

You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your print ships. Outside the US, your country may charge import duties or taxes on delivery; these are paid by you and aren’t included at checkout.
Returns & replacements
If it arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we’ll replace it or refund you in full, at no cost to you. Let us know within 30 days of delivery and include a photo of the print and its packaging. We need the photo for our records before we can replace or refund. Reply to your order confirmation email or write through the contact page. You won’t need to send anything back.
Because each print is made to order, we can’t take returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind. If you’re unsure about a size, the room previews on each print page are drawn to scale.
Need to cancel? Write to us within 6 hours of ordering, the sooner the better. Our print partner can start quickly, so contact us right away and we’ll do our best to stop it before it goes to print. If we catch it in time, you get a full refund.
Privacy
No ad trackers, and nothing is sold. Visits are counted with GoatCounter, which uses no cookies and doesn’t record who you are, and with Google Analytics, which tells us which photographs people look at and which pages they arrive from. Google Analytics uses cookies only with your consent in Europe and the UK (you can change your mind by clearing this site’s data), and Google’s advertising features are switched off. Your cart is saved only in your own browser.
Checkout and payment happen on Shopify. Your card details never touch this site; Shopify handles them under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, shipping address and email to make and send your order, and we share them only with the print lab and carrier that deliver it.
If you write through the contact form or join the letters list, your name and email are kept so we can reply or send the occasional letter. Every letter has an unsubscribe link. To see or delete anything we hold about you, just ask through the contact page.
